If you have never been a student at Unito, before enrolling, you have to register at the University Portal, linking Portal registration form to get your personal access credentials (username and password) at MyUniTO. Read carefully the Portal registration instructions.
In order to matriculate for a course with an unrestricted number of places:
- from the 27th August to the 12th October 2012, fill in the on line application form for matriculation
- from the 3rd September to the 12th October 2012, hand in to Centro Immatricolazioni (Corso Regio Parco, 134/a Monday to Friday, 9.00-16.30):
- application form for matriculation, duly signed;
- receipt of payment;
- photocopy of identity document and codice fiscale (tax code number);
- collect the smart card (the issuing of the smart card might be suspended for technical or logistic reasons and in this case it will be delivered on appointment).
WARNING: in order to give priority to students who must confirm the matriculation, under penalty of cancellation, within the deadlines of the announcement of competition, along with the publication of classification of courses with a local and national restricted number of places, the matriculation to courses with an unrestricted number of places could be suspended or guaranteed for a limited number of students (for that reason students who are going to confirm the matriculation to a course with an unrestricted number of places are requested to go to Centro Immatricolazioni during the first ten days of September).
If you can not go personally at Centro Immatricolazioni to complete the enrolment, it is possible to delegate another person, by means of:
- proxy form, enclosed to application form for matriculation;
- photocopy of a valid identification document of yours and of your tax code number (codice fiscale)
- photocopy of a valid identification document of the delegate.
In order to matriculate for a course with a restricted number of places:
- consult carefully the announcement of competition.
- From the 16th July to the 24th August 2012 (unless otherwise specified in the announcement of competition), fill in the pre-enrolment form for the announcements of competition for admission and pay the relative contribution, keep the receipt in order to show it during the recognition phase the day of the admission test (Please note: for the Faculty of Economics it is necessary also to fill in the questionnaire on the seat for the test (in case of need you can write to testingresso-help@econ.unito.it).
Please note: During the pre-enrolment phase, you will be required also to select the administrative category among:
- Italian EU/ legally residing non-EU citizens, reserved places for EU and non-EU students according to law 30 July 2002, n. 189, art. 26.
- Not legally residing non-EU citizens, reserved places for non-EU students not included in the law 30 July 2002, n. 189, art. 26.
- Chinese students of Marco Polo Project, reserved places for Chinese students participating in Marco Polo Project.
Only for the announcements of competition for admission to Health Professions there are reserved places for students residing exclusively in Valle d'Aosta.
If you are a differently abled student, you can ask, when you pre-enrol at the competition, to use specific aids during the admission exam or additional time. For details consult the page Disabled students services.
If you are a student with specific learning disability (SLD) you can ask, during the pre-enrolment phase for the admission competition, to have an addition time equal to 30%. For details consult the page Dyslexic students.
- Sit the admission exams.
- In the date of publication of the classification list, as foreseen by the decree, log-in at the portal and check your status for the admission at the competition.
- If you are "AMMESSO" ("PASSED"), fill in the on-line form within the deadline, that you can see from MyUnito.
- Hand in at Centro Immatricolazioni (Corso Regio Parco, 134/a), within the deadlines foreseen by announcement of competition and in the opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9.00-16.30):
- application form for matriculation, duly signed;
- receipt of payment;
- photocopy of identity card and photocopy of codice fiscale (tax code number)
- collect Smart Card (the issuing of the smart card might be suspended for technical or logistic reasons and in this case it will be delivered on appointment).
