The quality management system aims at controlling SAA's organizational system in accordance with both the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 decree and the regional credit parameter.
The constant quality improvement of the provided services is one of our main goals and our internal staff operates in order to guarantee process optimization. For this reason, SAA collects data and information about complaints and poor service, as well as satisfaction questionnaires.
It is possible to signal suggestions, complaints, observations directly to the Quality Administration Manager, or download and fill out the Observation Form with complaints, appreciations and improvement's proposals (see link on the right) and deliver it to the Quality Administration Office (Corridor A).
